Smooth entry, followed by herbs and honey, a slightly peppery and long finish. A very elegant non-aged tequila that perfectly compliments oysters and caviar.

Arette Suave Blanco is best served as an exclusive digestif/avec slightly chilled at 14°C in a Riedel tequila glass. Arette Suave Blanco received ”very strong recommendation” in the wine and spirits magazine “Livets Goda” #17 2005.

Herencia Historico 27 de Mayo Solera 1997

Herencia Historico has a unique source; the 27th of May 1997 an agreement was reached between Mexico and EU that stated the appellation of origin for tequila within EU. The very same day Don Manuel Garcia went to Jerez and bought one hundred sherry-barrels, from which he now extracts this Extra Añejo Solera Tequila 100 % Agave. This to honour the historic day, hence the name Herencia Historico.

It has distinct aromas of sherry and a full body. Traces of aniseed, cinnamon and acidity. Its long ageing process as a solera - the oldest cask being eleven years old - adds a certain character of wood. Opens with sherry and fire, finishes with cacao and coffee-fullness.

Herencia Historico was awarded the best tequila añejo in Sweden in 2006 by drink magazine Apéritif.

Serve it as an exclusive avec in Riedel tequila glass to the exclusive spirits-enthusiast.
