pink Hill

This is the perfect drink for those who love the bitter-sweet things in life. A new and beautifully pink-coloured favourite.

2,5 cl tequila blanco 100 % agave
1 cl triple sec
0,5 cl apricot brandy
Juice from 1/2 pink grapefruit
Splash of fresh lime juice
Splash of egg white

Garnish: lime wedge and ice cubes

Fill a shaker with ice and all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with the wedge.

Mexican Orange Blossom

Fresh alternative to a screwdriver or a tequila sunrise. Distinctive citrus aromas work especially well with a lowland reposado. This is a refreshing alternative on a warm summer night or as a lighter cocktail before dinner.

2 cl tequila 100 % agave reposado
2 cl triple sec
6 cl fresh orange juice
Splash of fresh lime juice
Splash of egg white

Garnish: lemon zest and ice cubes

Fill a shaker with ice and all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top the drink with lime zest.

Orange Tequinoska

Based on the caprinoska, but sweeter with a bite.

2,5 cl tequila 100 % agave silver
1,5 cl triple sec
2 cl syrup
An orange
Crushed ice

Start off by cutting the oranges into pieces and muddle them directly into an old-fashioned glass. Add syrup and ice and finally triple sec and tequila.

Tequila sour

If you appreciate a distincte agave character, this is your drink. We suggest you use a tequila from the lowlands, for example Arette Blanco.

4 cl tequila 100 % agave blanco
3 cl fresh lemon juice
1 tsp powder sugar

Garnish: a lemon slice and two cocktail cherries

Fill a shaker with ice and all ingredients (except garnish). Shake and pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top the drink with the fruit.

Frozen Matador

A nice alternative to Frozen Margaritas, but with pineapple juice.

6 cl tequila 100 % agave reposado
6 cl pineapple juice, fresh if possible
Fresh lime juice

Garnish: lime wheel

Put all ingredients into a blender and add a glass of ice. Mix until slushy and pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass. The lime wheel is placed on the rim of the glass.
